join us in your Land Yacht when we cruise to Walla Walla for some fun and just a little
wine!
Festivities will start with Friday night "docktails" and potluck appetizers starting at 6:00pm in
Mike Henry’s Suite in the Marcus Whitman Hotel in the center of downtown Walla Walla. If
you get a room at the Marcus Whitman, you won’t even have to drive home! Just like a docktail party!
Saturday we will get down to business and start that wine tasting. We will make suggestions
of several wineries in the area or you may have favorites of you own. At 6PM we will re-
convene for a group dinner at one of the local restaurants in the area, and of course there will
be….wait for it….WINE!
Sunday will be an opportunity to repeat the fun! You can continue to taste more wine, shop in
Walla Walla or just lounge around. Most of us will meet up for a casual dinner that evening,
followed by a Port and Chocolate event in Mike Henry’s suite Sunday Night.
An optional pre-tasting tour will also be available: Those who wish to leave on Thursday can
meet up in Prosser for wine tasting on Friday prior to arriving in Walla Walla.
Recommended logistics:
8:05 am ferry reservations on Friday will assure arrival in Prosser or Walla in time for dinner.
Make your hotel reservations for the nights you plan to join us. The Marcus Whitman
has limited space that time of year on the weekends, so call early and get booked.
There are also great options in the area depending on where you want to stay.
Leaving Walla Walla by 8am Monday will assure arrival, with time for lunch, for a 6:00pm return
