AFTER YOU’VE FED AND WATERED YOUR HORSE, MOSEY OVER TO THE Chuck Wagon for CHOW AT THE CORRAL; A REAL WESTERN FEED: THE FAMOUS SANTA MARIA STYLE BAR-B-QUE!
WE’LL START THE EVENING WITH COWGIRLS SERVING BAR-B-QUE LINQUICA APPETIZERS, THEN ON TO PRIME (OF COURSE) TRI TIP, BAKED PINQUITO BEANS (imported from Santa Maria), PAINTED DESERT COLE SLAW, SALSA FRESCA (hand chopped by our able committee), HOT TORTILLAS AND DESSERT. Are you vegan? Order early and we’ll have meatless beans and veggie burger patties for you.
